My first blog for class

Well, I finished reading two William Blake poems. I have to admit, I thought they were easy to read and understand. It is not often that you would think a poem written in the late 1700's, early 1800's would be so easy to understand. I am really looking forward to more Blake poems. The Chimney Sweeper was pretty melancholic. While the introduction to Songs of Innocence had a joyous tone. Two opposite ends of the spectrum, material wise, in two pretty good poems.
